My Industry Experience

Upon completing my Social Work University Degree in 2003, I had the urge to travel the world. For two transformative years, I backpacked across our incredible globe, an experience that profoundly shaped my life and sparked an enduring passion for travel that has never died. Upon my return, I eagerly pursued any opportunity in the travel industry that would quench my curiosity for the unknown while accommodating my desire for further adventures. This marked the beginning of my journey in the Travel World. Since 2006, I've been immersed in this vibrant industry.

Starting as a Travel Consultant with the Escape Travel Brand, I progressed to managing the Carousel Branch. A brief hiatus allowed me to focus on family before returning to Flight Centre Kalamunda, where I dedicated an enriching five years working part-time. Throughout this time, I had the privilege of exploring numerous countries, and my dedication, enthusiasm, and expertise led to several accolades within the Flight Centre Group

Due to the impact of Covid, I temporarily transitioned away from travel and immersed myself in Human Resources within the mining sector. This detour led me to pursue a Diploma in HR Management, equipping me with a new skill set. Yet, amidst this professional journey, I realized how much I missed crafting extraordinary travel experiences.

This incredible company has now allowed me to merge my passion for travel with ongoing professional responsibilities, offering the flexibility, while assisting you in planning your dream vacations. Despite working part-time, my dedication to delivering exceptional service and expertise remains unwavering. Travel isn't just a job—it's a part of who I am. Nothing deters me from exploring new destinations with my family and friends, except perhaps the occasional glance at my bank account!

My Travel Experience

I've had the incredible opportunity to explore over 45 countries, experiencing a wide range of travel styles— from solo backpacking to family-friendly stays, luxury hotels, rail and cruising. If there's a place I haven't been to yet, it's definitely on my bucket list. But don't worry, if I haven't been, one of my colleagues likely has!
